Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism. Ensure excellent front-desk management and handle appointments, inquiries, and registrations. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client meetings, property visits, or service requests. Manage customer records, maintain visitor logs, and update CRM with relevant details. Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner. Assist the sales and CRM teams in organizing client events, walkthroughs, and presentations. Maintain cleanliness and ambience of the reception area and waiting lounge. Uphold the company9s brand image and ensure customer delight at every touchpoint. Requirements Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polite, presentable, and confident in customer-facing roles. Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Strong listening skills, patience, and a solution-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure. Fluency in English and regional languages preferred. Preferred Background: Experience in front office, hospitality, customer service, or real estate guest handling. Exposure to handling walk-in clients, VIP guests, or event coordination. Female candidates preferred (as per role requirements or team balance).
