Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Post Outreach Executive to join our digital marketing team. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of content marketing and SEO. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying guest posting opportunities, establishing collaborations with bloggers, publishers, and influencers, and ensuring high-quality backlinks and content placements that enhance brand visibility and authority.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting & Outreach
  • Identify and research high-authority websites, blogs, and online publications for guest posting opportunities.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms to establish partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of publishers, editors, and industry influencers.


2. Content Coordination

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure guest posts align with editorial guidelines and brand messaging.
  • Manage the end-to-end guest posting cycle—pitching, approval, submission, and publication.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content to publishing partners.


3. SEO & Performance Tracking

  • Secure backlinks from relevant, high-DA (Domain Authority) websites to improve search rankings.

Maintain and update a database of outreach activities, live links, and partnership status.

  • Track and report KPIs such as response rates, placements, backlink quality, and referral traffic.


4. Relationship Management

  • Nurture long-term relationships with publishers for recurring collaborations.
  • Negotiate publishing terms, sponsored placements, and collaborative opportunities.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, link building, and domain authority metrics.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools such as BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, or similar.
  • Ability to craft personalized, persuasive outreach emails.
  • Research-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO outreach, digital marketing, or link building.
  • Proven track record of successful guest posting and blogger outreach.
