Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
overall operations
of multiple guest houses, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent guest experience.
Supervise
housekeeping, catering, and maintenance staff
to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and orderliness.
Coordinate
guest arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs
with proper record-keeping and hospitality.
Plan and manage
room allocations, reservations, and occupancy schedules
efficiently.
Ensure
timely maintenance
of rooms, furniture, fixtures, electricals, and plumbing.
Ensure adherence to
health, safety, and hygiene standards
at all times.
Handle
guest feedback, grievances, and special requirements
with professionalism and courtesy.
Coordinate with the HR/Admin team for
VIP visits, company guests, and official accommodation arrangements.
Maintain
logbooks, guest registers, and MIS reports
on occupancy and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong background in
facility or hospitality management.
Excellent
people management and customer service
skills.
Ability to manage a team and ensure high operational standards.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of
computer operations (MS Office, Email, Recordkeeping tools).

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in
Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Administration.
Certification in
Facility / Housekeeping Management
(preferred).
