Guest house Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Guest House Manager with hotel industry experience to oversee the daily operations of our company guest house. The ideal candidate will ensure a comfortable, safe, and maintain high service standards, manage housekeeping and maintenance, and handle administrative duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Relations

• Ensure a pleasant and professional experience for all guests
• Handle guest feedback, and special requests effectively
• Maintain a guest relations and collect regular feedback for continuous improvement

2. Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day guest house operations including housekeeping, kitchen, catering and maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the premises
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies (linen, toiletries, groceries, etc.)

3. Staff Supervision

• Supervise housekeeping, security, kitchen staff, and any other support staff
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure staff punctuality and discipline
• Train staff on hospitality standards and ensure service excellence

4. Financial Responsibilities

• Manage petty cash and submit expense reports
• Monitor cost control in utility consumption, supplies, and services
• Assist in budgeting and vendor negotiations when required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
• 6 years of experience in hotel or guest house operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance best practices
• Basic computer skills for reporting and booking management (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or hospitality software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹821,267.47 - ₹1,007,009.18 per year
