Food Preparation: Prepare and cook south indian breakfast dishes, such as idly, dosa(different varieties),vada,,pongal , uttapam, pesarattu and others. Quality: ensure high quality dishes that meets high standards. Food safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment. use best of the ingredients. Menu : Preparation of Menu, to plant the ingredients. Work with other staff to ensure smooth service. Culnary skills: knowledge of south India cuisine and cooking techniques. Attention to details in food preparation. Time management is very imporatant: ability to work efficiently in the fast paced environment.
