Guest Experience & Floor Supervisor

We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic individual to lead our floor operations and create a warm, memorable experience for our guests.

Your Role:

• Be the face of the cafe — greet, seat, and engage with guests
• Supervise and support the FOH team during service
• Ensure tables are turned efficiently and guests are well taken care of
• Handle guest complaints and requests with care and professionalism
• Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and barista teams
• Train junior service staff and set the standard for service quality

You’ll Need:

• 1–3 years of experience in café or restaurant service
• Great communication skills (English + Hindi)
• A friendly, calm, and problem-solving mindset
• Leadership qualities to guide and manage the service team
• Good grooming, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
