Job Description: Guest Experience Curator / Specialist
Location: Kalki Fashion – Santacruz

About the Role We are looking for a cheerful, proactive, and highly engaging Guest Experience professional who can create a warm, memorable, and seamless shopping journey for every client visiting Kalki Fashion. The ideal candidate is Interactive, Confident and Naturally persuasive, ensuring clients explore all sections of the store and discover the perfect ensemble for every occasion. Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement & Experience • Welcome customers with warmth, positivity, and professionalism. • Build instant rapport and ensure clients feel valued and well-attended. • Understand customer needs and guide them through Bridal, Menswear bridal, Indowestern, Bridesmaids, trousseau, Ethnic wear Indo western and saree sections. • Provide personalized recommendations and styling support along with the fashion consultants.
Driving Sales Through Experience • Smartly and convincingly encourage clients to explore multiple product categories. • Upsell and cross-sell by showcasing sections that have trending outfits, new arrivals, premium collections, and bridal exclusives. • Ensure clients spend adequate time across departments to maximize conversion.
Store Navigation & Coordination • Escort guests to relevant sections and coordinate with fashion consultants for smooth follow-through. • Maintain a pulse on store movement, ensuring no guest is left unattended. • Help manage customer flow during peak hours and special events.
Communication & Interaction • Be the brand ambassador with a friendly, articulate, and polished communication style. • Handle queries, concerns, and requests with clarity and confidence. • Proactively share promotions, offers, and collection launches with customers
Customer Delight • Ensure each guest leaves with a premium, hospitable, and memorable store experience. • Assist with trial rooms, product lookbooks, refreshments (if applicable), and comfort arrangements. • Capture customer feedback and share insights to improve in-store experiences.
Required Skills & Personality Traits • Extremely cheerful, warm, and welcoming personality • Confident, interactive, and naturally convincing • Strong communication & customer engagement skills • Highly proactive — able to anticipate guest needs • Positive attitude and polished grooming • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced store environments • Sales-oriented mindset • Team player with high energy
Experience • 1–3 years in Guest Relations / Customer Experience / Retail Hospitality (Fashion or luxury background preferred) • Freshers with exceptional communication & personality may also apply.
