Ownership & Visibility: Act as the primary leader, accountable for delivering strategic objectives, nurturing client relationships, and driving executional excellence. Core Responsibilities: Strategic Client Management: Serve as primary strategic lead and escalation point for Company's hyperscaler accounts (Microsoft, AWS, Google). Develop comprehensive account growth strategies aligned with Companys business objectives and client priorities. Drive deep partnerships with key client stakeholders at senior and executive levels, understanding their strategic vision, market dynamics, and growth roadmaps. Executional Excellence & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end execution of complex, large-scale digital marketing initiatives, hackathons, developer programs, and GTM campaigns. Implement rigorous project management and execution frameworks to ensure timely, on-budget, and exceptional-quality deliverables. Ensure alignment and consistency internally across strategy, creative, digital, content, and technical teams. Regional Expansion & Scale: Develop, execute, and scale impactful cloud-centric programs across key Asian markets (India, GCR, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines). Identify regional opportunities, market gaps, and ecosystem partnerships to strengthen client programs and enhance outcomes. Monitor and optimize performance across regions, continuously adapting strategy to market insights and client feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior creative strategists, digital marketers, event leads, program managers, and technical specialists to execute seamlessly integrated campaigns. Lead internal teams through clear direction, strategic insights, and outcome-oriented guidance, fostering collaboration and innovation. Financial Accountability: Own the P&L and budget management for hyperscaler projects, ensuring profitability, scalability, and financial discipline. Deliver periodic performance reviews, comprehensive reporting, and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and external client stakeholders. Thought Leadership & Industry Presence: Stay abreast of emerging trends in cloud technologies, AI, developer engagement strategies, and digital marketing innovations. Externally, Company will be represented through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and client advisory roles, enhancing our visibility and reputation. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strategic & Analytical: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans for large-scale, high-value accounts. Execution & Delivery Expert: Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-region digital initiatives with a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs. Relationship Builder: Adept at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across technology, marketing, and sales within cloud hyperscaler organizations. Technical & Creative: Familiarity with cloud platforms, AI-driven solutions, developer ecosystems, and digital innovation methodologies. Ability to blend technical understanding with creative strategy. Visionary & Hands-On: Comfortable setting strategic direction while actively engaging in tactical execution and team leadership. Qualifications & Experience: 8 -12 years of leadership experience in digital marketing, technology partnerships, program management, or client services roles, specifically within cloud/hyperscaler environments. Extensive experience with Microsoft, AWS, Google, or large technology platforms. Proven regional or global experience managing and scaling projects across diverse Asian markets. Strong understanding of digital marketing, developer community management, hackathons, AI integration, and GTM strategy execution. Exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and strategic influencing capabilities.
