Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CA Intermediate candidate to join our

finance team. The role involves preparing financial reports, executing accurate accounting

entries, and managing client books in compliance with applicable accounting standards and

statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients.

• Record and reconcile day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries,

ledgers, and bank statements.

• Manage and update books of accounts using accounting software (Tally, Zoho

Books, QuickBooks, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/AS) and tax laws

(GST, TDS, etc.).

• Assist in audit preparation and support internal and external audit processes.

• Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and report submissions.

• Generate MIS reports as per client and management requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial records for client portfolios.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Passed CA Intermediate (both groups preferred).

• Article-ship experience in accounting and financial reporting is essential.

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and TDS.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and at least one accounting software (Tally, Zoho,

QuickBooks, etc.).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle client interactions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a CA firm or outsourcing accounting company.

• Exposure to preparation of consolidated financial statements is a plus.
