Job Title:
Corporate & Business Tax Supervisor / Associate (US Tax)
Key Responsibilities:
Work on partnership and LLC tax returns (Form 1065)
Experience with international tax forms: 5471, 8865
Perform tax research and apply findings to specific client situations
Should be comfortable working with raw financial data
Manage a portfolio of U.S.-based business clients, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
Collaborate with U.S. teams for client communication and issue resolution
Review or prepare workpapers, depreciation schedules, and trial balances for tax
the employees will be on the payroll of the India entity that’s incorporated
