GST Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a mid-level Accountant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). The candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals and solid IT proficiency for managing financial systems and reports efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
• Prepare and file monthly GST returns and TDS compliance
• Reconcile vendor/customer accounts and bank statements
• Track invoice aging and follow up on outstanding payments
• Ensure accuracy in accounting data and documentation
• Support audit preparations and respond to auditor queries
• Utilize accounting software and Excel for report generation and financial tracking

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com or relevant degree in Accounting
• 3–5 years of experience in AP/AR, GST, TDS, and general accounting
• Proficiency in accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent ERP systems
• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
