Tax and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced tax and compliance specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of tax regulations and accounting practices to ensure our company operates with the highest level of financial integrity.

Company Secretary (CS) or CA (Intermediate) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tax, GST and ROC Compliance, preferably in an audit or consulting firm, to join our back-office team in Calicut supporting our UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support / Coordinate with the UAE compliance team on VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) compliance, registrations, der-egistrations, E-Invoicing and related assignments.

Manage and schedule monthly VAT filings, including task allocation, follow-ups, and review coordination.

Lead and supervise a small team of 3–4 members, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.

Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, client trackers, and ensure all statutory deadlines are met.

Communicate with UAE clients for data collection, clarifications, and follow-ups, as required.

Skills Required:

Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Prior experience in compliance, tax, or audit-related roles.

Excellent communication, client-handling, and team management skills.

Ability to work independently while ensuring timely deliverables and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,680.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
