Role Description

This is a full-time Guest Service Associate - Front Office role at Lemon Tree Hotels, located on-site in Bardez. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing receptionist duties, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Strong Communication abilities
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
