GSA - Front Office

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Handling

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
• Assist guests during check-out, ensuring accurate billing and settlements
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction at all times

Front Desk Operations

• Operate PMS systems for reservations, room allocation, and billing
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and posting of charges accurately
• Coordinate room status with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments
• Ensure proper handling of keys/cards and guest information

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain clear communication with other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Answer phone calls, emails, and internal messages professionally
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Administration & Compliance

• Maintain guest records and registration cards as per hotel policy
• Follow SOPs, safety, and security procedures
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information
• Prepare shift handover reports and logbooks

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with PMS systems
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
• Knowledge of front office operations is an added advantag

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
