Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate - Food & Beverage Service in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
Manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service is necessary.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are essential.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve guest complaints and issues.
Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly between tables, and work in a fast-paced environment.
