Guest Relations:

● Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

● Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

● Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

● Ensure guest preferences and feedback are recorded and addressed.

Operational Tasks:

● Manage reservations and room assignments.

● Operate hotel management software for guest profiles, billing, and bookings.

● Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

● Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Communication and Collaboration:

● Act as a liaison between guests and other departments.

Share necessary updates with the team to ensure seamless operations. ● Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally

Pay: ₹12,180.82 - ₹20,000.00 per month
