Growth & Strategy Associate

We’re looking for a sharp, high-energy generalist to work alongside our founders at the intersection of learning design, business growth, and operations. You’ll help shape how leading organizations build and develop their people while getting deep exposure to every part of running an early-stage company.

What You’ll Do:

Lead learning innovation (about 50–60%) :

Own the full process over time from understanding client challenges to shaping and delivering final solutions. Work directly with the founders and senior L&D leaders at large companies.

Support revenue growth (30–40%) :

Enable founder leverage (10–20%)

Join client meetings, later lead them independently, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Ensure every project delivers tangible impact and clear outcomes.

Grow founder-level perspective Get front-row visibility into product, operations, and go-to-market strategy. Take on real ownership early as this is a hands-on role, not an observer seat.
