Job Title: Growth & Retention Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

• Build and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications)
• Develop segmented campaigns to increase user engagement, activation, and repeat usage
• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, email, etc.)
• Run A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging
• Identify churn patterns and implement win-back or re-engagement strategies
• Work with the CRM team to personalize communications across user cohorts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in growth or retention marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or tech
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage)
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Excel and basic data tools
• Familiarity with healthcare customer personas, compliance, and digital behavior is a plus
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with marketing automation
• Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare regulatory requirements
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM or content marketing
