About the Role
We re looking for a
Growth Operations Associate
someone who loves clean data, smart automation, and helping marketing move fast.
You ll be the engine behind our Demand Gen programs, using Clay
, HubSpot
, and Google Sheets
to turn ICPs into clean, activation-ready audiences for email, LinkedIn, and paid campaigns. Your work keeps lists fresh, UTMs consistent, and campaigns running smoothly so marketers can test faster, learn faster, and scale smarter.

You will own and maintain
Clay tables
for target and suppression lists by ICP, vertical, geo, and intent. -
You will chain enrichment, verification, deduplication, and scoring workflows.
-
You will ensure smooth, accurate
Clay HubSpot syncs
(mapping, QA, and field health).

You will translate ICPs into
Sales Navigator searches
and Clay recipes
; validate titles, domains, and seniority. -
You will ship sales- and marketing-ready lists for
HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, or LinkedIn
with clean exclusions and frequency caps. -
You will build, manage and refine outbound prospecting campaigns.

You will import and clean event scans or CSVs; tag, dedupe, and route into follow-up sequences.

You will build post-event audiences (attendees, no-shows, hot leads) to trigger the right campaigns in HubSpot.

You will use
LLMs
to generate on-brand message variants; run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, and CTAs. -
You will keep a
message library
of top performers, learnings, and creative guardrails. -
You will track list quality (contactability, bounce), enrichment coverage, and campaign QA issues.

You will proactively fix root causes bad domains, duplicates, or inconsistent job titles.
