As we advance in our product development, we are seeking a sharp, data-driven Growth Manager who s passionate about scaling leads, cutting down CPL, and skyrocketing website traffic! If you love running experiments, playing with numbers, and driving real business impact, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads). Define lead scoring models, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM integrations. Own the top-of-funnel and mid-funnel strategy to optimize conversion rates (CTR, CVR). 2. CPL (Cost Per Lead) Management Analyze CPL trends and implement strategies to lower acquisition costs without compromising lead quality. Optimize ad budgets and bidding strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing page performance. 3. Website Traffic Growth Scale organic traffic through strong SEO strategies (technical SEO, backlink building, on-page optimization). Manage paid media campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and retargeting efforts. Drive content-led growth (blogs, thought leadership, webinars, case studies) and increase brand authority. 4. Growth Strategy and Experimentation Identify growth levers and create a roadmap of experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention. Develop hypotheses, implement experiments, and document results systematically. Run cohort analysis to identify drop-off points and strategize re-engagement. 5. User Lifecycle Marketing Implement email marketing, drip campaigns, and retargeting initiatives to move leads through the funnel. Collaborate with the Product team for in-app growth hacks (e.g., referral programs, gamification). 6. Partnerships and Collaborations Identify and engage with strategic partners (schools, educators, influencers) for lead generation and brand reach. Manage collaborations with ed-tech communities, learning platforms, and corporate partners. 7. Analytics, Reporting, and Automation Build and maintain performance dashboards. Present regular reports on campaign performance, attribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI. Leverage marketing automation tools to personalize user journeys. Required Skills & Experience 3-6 years in Growth Marketing or Demand Generation roles. Preferred Qualifications Previous EdTech, SaaS, or B2C digital product experience. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Marketing, or equivalent. Familiarity with AI tools and HubSpot for marketing automation, predictive analytics, or personalized user journeys. Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) if the EdTech app has a mobile version. Soft Skills Bias for action: Fast, experimental, and iterative. Ownership mindset: You own the metrics. Creativity blended with structured problem-solving. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media buying. Hands-on experience with marketing tools: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush/Ahrefs, Hotjar/CrazyEgg. Analytical mindset: SQL basics, cohort analysis, data interpretation skills. Strong copywriting, landing page optimization, and storytelling abilities. Comfortable managing large marketing budgets and scaling acquisition efforts.
