Growth Marketing Manager (B2C) Bhaiyaa & Retail
Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Growth Marketing Manager (B2C) leads all digital marketing and user growth initiatives for Bhaiyaa.com. You will craft and execute scalable strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagementleveraging omnichannel campaigns, data-driven insights, and agile experimentation. You will be responsible for end-to-end management and nurturing of the digital funnel—from user discovery to loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Performance Marketing
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, and programmatic networks to drive user acquisition.
• Own SEO, app store optimization (ASO), and organic growth tactics to boost Bhaiyaa’s digital presence.
• Analyze cohort data via Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards to systematically improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion rates.
• Drive influencer, affiliate, and local digital partnerships to maximize reach. Engagement, Retention, and Activation
• Develop segmented, personalized campaigns (push, in-app, email) to increase engagement and boost Daily/Monthly Active Users (DAU/MAU).
• Run growth experiments (A/B, multivariate) using Mixpanel to optimize onboarding flows, conversion paths, and referral mechanisms.
• Lead content strategy: oversee blog, video, and community content; manage collaborations with creators and partners. Marketplace and Seller Growth
• Conceptualize digital programs to onboard, train, and grow the ecosystem of sellers, local stores, and franchisees.
• Deploy campaigns for seller acquisition and retention, working closely with retail ops to drive inventory digitization and in-app sales. Brand Building
• Manage the Bhaiyaa brand narrative and digital identity across platforms.
• Liaise with creative agencies, oversee design assets, and monitor online reputation and review management.
Performance KPIs
• User growth targets: new registered users, DAU/MAU, and app downloads
• Digital campaign ROI: CTR, CAC, ad spend efficiency
• Seller onboarding and activation KPIs
• Engagement rates (push/email open/click rates, referral program performance)
• Organic search/ASO rankings and digital share of voice
• Brand sentiment and reputation metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or similar
• 5+ years in high-growth B2C marketing, ideally in consumer app or e-commerce sectors
• Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Mixpanel
• Strong skills in SEO, content marketing, and campaign analytics
• Experience scaling paid/organic campaigns from 0–1 million+ users
• Creative eye for content, incentives, and brand communication
• Data-oriented, strong analytical and project management skills
