Scope of Work **Role**: Marketing Manager - Events **Location**: Mumbai / Mira Road **Reporting To**: Marketing Manager, India **Engagement Type**: Permanent Job Summary: CiELO is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager-Events to provide critical coverage. This contract role will be responsible for maintaining and executing key marketing initiatives with a particular focus on India . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B tech field marketing, channel engagement, and event management as well as interface with corporate marketing and demand generation teams. Objective To plan, execute, and support marketing initiatives across India, with a focus on B2B tech, channel marketing, event management, and sales alignment. The role ensures continuity and success during a critical leave of absence and contributes to demand generation and partner enablement programs. Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution (India-Focused) - Organize and manage India-based tradeshows and regional industry events. - Oversee all event logistics, including approvals, budgeting, and funding coordination. - Create and share event-related content for internal and external promotion via social media and communication channels. Sales Support & Enablement - Collaborate with the India sales team to provide localized marketing support. - Generate Leads by connecting with customers and work on their queries. - Provide sales enablement materials including presentations, brochures, and campaign content. - Facilitate seamless communication between corporate marketing and regional sales to align strategies and messaging. Partner Engagement & Campaign Management - Plan and execute quarterly/monthly partner webinars. - Assist in organizing partner summits with the channel and government teams. - Guide partners on joint marketing activities and evaluate their marketing plans for effectiveness. - Support execution of co-branded campaigns and oversee MDF utilization and tracking. Planning, Reporting & Analysis - Prepare and present campaign performance and KPI reports on a regular basis. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives and ROI are met. - Track, measure, and report effectiveness of all initiatives through CRM and PRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Allbound). Deliverables - Minimum 2-3 events executed per quarter (including webinars, summits, tradeshows) - Monthly marketing performance report including KPIs and partner activities - 2 co-branded campaigns and MDF plans per quarter - Quarterly partner enablement calendar Required Skills & Tools - CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce - PRM: Allbound or equivalent - Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage digital and in-person marketing initiatives Travel Requirement Travel within India as required for Customer meetings and execution of events and partner engagements.
