Location:

Bengaluru, India ( 5 Days WFO )

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with performance analysis across growth channels, including CRM and in-app marketing
  • Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for tracking key growth KPIs, user funnels, and cohort performance
  • Conduct deep dives into campaign and user behavior data to uncover actionable insights
  • Support experiment result tracking and growth metric reporting (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention)
  • Share data-backed recommendations to improve communication strategies and funnel efficiency


Preferred Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in growth funnels, user journeys, and performance metrics
  • Curiosity to explore customer behavior and translate data into growth opportunities
