Brief About the Team


The Marketing team at Tata 1mg is a center of excellence that fuels brand awareness, engagement, and growth. It works across verticals to craft compelling brand narratives and user-centric campaigns that reach millions across channels—digital and traditional.


What will you do

As a Marketing Growth Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing the marketing strategies for Tata 1mg's Specialty Pharma business. You will lead initiatives to bolster brand awareness and drive business growth through effective, integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional media along with drive retention through CRM campaigns. You will work closely with various marketing team members as well as Specialty Pharma’s business stakeholders to drive growth.

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement for Adult Vaccination, GLP-1 drugs and other projects under Specialty Pharma.

* Manage 360-degree brand campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and offline channels, to boost brand awareness and salience.

* Oversee Customer Lifecycle Management and CRM programs aimed at maximizing customer retention and engagement within the Tata 1mg ecosystem.

* Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

* Analyze and measure the impact of marketing campaigns against key performance indicators such as brand lift, new customer acquisition, and business growth.

* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing practices to support business objectives.
