Key Responsibilities

Own growth experiments across multiple channels (SEO, content, partnerships, communities, paid ads)
Research competitors, identify gaps, execute strategies without hand-holding
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to 10x your output - write copy, analyze data, automate workflows
Launch campaigns end-to-end: ideate → plan → create → distribute → measure → optimize
Build repeatable systems that scale, not one-off tactical wins
Report weekly on metrics that matter: signups, conversions, revenue impact
