About the Role:

We are seeking a Subscription Growth Manager to take ownership of growing our subscription business. This role will be responsible for designing offers and bundles, collaborating with marketing to create impactful communication, and executing subscriber campaigns end-to-end. The goal is to acquire new subscribers, retain existing ones, and increase customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and launch subscription offers, bundles, and loyalty programs.
• Work with the marketing team to create messaging, creatives, and campaigns tailored for subscribers.
• Execute campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher conversion, acquisition, and retention.
• Analyze customer behavior, competitor moves, and market trends to design differentiated subscription strategies.
• Coordinate with operations/product teams to ensure smooth implementation of offers and customer experience.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, or subscription-based businesses.
• Strong skills in offer design, campaign execution, and communication strategy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact and optimize performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations.
• Proactive, creative, and customer-first approach.
• Hands-on knowledge of customer engagement and campaign automation tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar.
