• Strong knowledge of financial strategy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Skilled in interpreting complex financial data and driving insights.
• Exposure to international accounting standards and multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Role

The Chief Financial Officer is a leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, regulatory compliance, and enabling sustainable growth. The role works closely with the CEO and leadership team to align financial planning with business goals, overseeing finance operations across geographies, group companies, and international entities. It is a strategic, hands-on, and execution-focused position.
