Growth Manager ED Tech

As a Sales Executive based in Bangalore, your role will involve working closely with merchants and their agents to identify pain points and provide valuable feedback to the product and tech team. You will collaborate with internal teams to reduce rejection rates and drop-offs, aiming to increase the share of the merchants" business and customers by building strong relationships. Quarterly business plans with merchants, forecasting reports, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies will be essential parts of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Onboard new merchants monthly to increase market share while maintaining relationships with existing clients. - Solidify and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders. - Possess a strong understanding of the products, industry competition, and positioning. - Follow the latest industry developments and stay updated on corporate competitors. - Execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets.
