Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Closure: Engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and take

them through the final stages of conversion.

• Client Communication: Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, presentations, and negotiation.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the design, marketing, and operations teams

to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered smoothly.

• Sales Strategy Support: Provide insights and feedback on client interactions to

improve service offerings and pitch strategies.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and closure

reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales roles

(preferably in the creative, IT, or marketing industry).

• Proven ability to close deals and manage end-to-end sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital/creative services is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
