Take ownership of content lifecycle management from ideation to publication across multiple platformsCoordinate with agencies for video editing, thumbnail creation, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining GrowthSchool standardsConduct research on trending topics and generate optimised scripts using AI tools and effective prompting strategiesManage multi-platform content coordination, user engagement through push notifications, WhatsApp, and email campaigns

Requirements

Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail, especially in content quality controlAbility to learn and adapt to new AI tools and content management systems fasterComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesGood written and verbal English communication skillsBasic understanding of content management systems and social media platformsSelf-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
