Growth Hacker

You will be joining our team as a Growth Hacker, where your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the adoption, engagement, and monetization of our digital products or services. This role is highly collaborative and will require close coordination with the marketing, sales, product management, and technology teams to launch features and campaigns that drive usage, traffic, and revenue across our digital channels. Based in Mohali, your main duties will include creating and executing both online and offline campaigns such as gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, and on-ground activations to drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will also be tasked with identifying and optimizing growth channels to boost revenue, analyzing marketing data and user feedback to refine future strategies, proposing new initiatives to attract and convert leads, and providing expertise to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing activities. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and have prior experience in a similar capacity. Strong analytical skills, the ability to leverage data and metrics for generating innovative ideas, and a goal-oriented mindset are key attributes we are looking for.
