We are looking for a dynamic Growth Hacker who is passionate about driving growth through data, creativity, and experimentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing strategies, both paid and organic channels, and the ability to leverage GenAI tools to supercharge lead generation, optimize funnels, and scale customer acquisition.

This is a high-impact role where you will own rapid experimentation, data-driven insights, and innovative growth tactics to accelerate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and optimize growth experiments across paid (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic (SEO, social, community, content) channels.

Leverage AI and GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, HubSpot AI, Clearbit, etc.) for content generation, campaign personalization, and automation.

Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels (landing pages, email flows, remarketing, lead nurturing).

Drive A/B testing for creatives, campaigns, and messaging to maximize ROI.

Conduct deep data analysis on acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to inform decisions.

Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

Explore and implement emerging AI-driven marketing technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Create growth playbooks and scale successful experiments into long-term strategies.
