With hotels seeking smarter, more efficient tech solutions, our product is ready to scale. The Role We're looking for a driven and strategic Business Growth Executive to generate new leads, build relationships, and close deals . You’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts, directly engaging with hotel owners, managers, and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential hotel clients (independent, boutique, or small chains) Conduct product demos and explain our PMS value proposition Nurture leads through the sales pipeline—from cold outreach to close Develop and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights Maintain accurate records in CRM and regularly report on progress Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
