Experience Required: 1–2 Years in EdTech Performance Marketing Role Overview We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and drive lead generation efforts across paid platforms. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads , and other digital lead generation strategies in the EdTech sector . You’ll be responsible for building, optimising, and reporting on campaigns directly impacting our student acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on lead generation. Work closely with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation for maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to improve CPL (cost per lead). Track conversion funnels, optimise landing pages, and reduce drop-offs. Create weekly reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations. Experiment with new channels and formats to scale outreach, including programmatic, affiliate, influencer, and WhatsApp marketing. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in EdTech-focused digital marketing or lead generation. Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads . Experience working with landing page builders, CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and tracking tools. Solid understanding of marketing funnels, performance KPIs, and A/B testing. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
