Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on lead generation. Work closely with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation for maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to improve CPL (cost per lead). Track conversion funnels, optimise landing pages, and reduce drop-offs. Create weekly reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations. Experiment with new channels and formats to scale outreach, including programmatic, affiliate, influencer, and WhatsApp marketing. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in EdTech-focused digital marketing or lead generation. Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads . Experience working with landing page builders, CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and tracking tools. Solid understanding of marketing funnels, performance KPIs, and A/B testing.
