Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Cold Chain Logistics (CCL) team as a Growth Enablement resource. Your primary responsibilities will include developing business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving growth through customized logistics solutions across various transportation modes. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer's business and possess effective stakeholder management skills to facilitate successful customer interactions leading to deal closures. - Collaborate with the sales team to prepare for and actively participate in customer meetings and product demonstrations. - Represent CCL products in the market to stimulate discussions and interest. - Analyze customer requirements and align them with suitable products or solutions, providing technical explanations and addressing product-related inquiries during the sales process. - Customize presentations and pitch decks based on the client's industry and specific business use case. - Gather client feedback and relay insights for continuous enhancement. - Stay well-informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and solution compatibility. - Engage in prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research to explore new business prospects. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients. - Present and promote freight forwarding services (air, sea, road, warehousing, customs clearance) to both new and existing clients. - Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to meet customer requirements. - Negotiate service terms with customers and finalize sales agreements in adherence to company policies. - Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed. - Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Maintain accurate and updated CRM records of all sales activities. - Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. - Progress within the role will involve expanding professional knowledge, enhancing project management skills, and increasing influence within the organization. Qualifications Required: - 10 to 15 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with a focus on End-to-End Ocean Freight and relevant product experience. - Background in Freight Forwarding with a strong emphasis on Customer Engagement. - Proficiency in industry knowledge and excellent communication skills. - Must-have experience in commercial and technical discussions.
