Smooth execution of daily operations across all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Website etc.)
Supervise product listings, ensuring accuracy in titles, images, descriptions, and pricing.
Supervise order fulfillment - from inventory management to packaging and on-time delivery.
Ensure finance compliance - managing invoices, taxes, GST filings and payment reconciliation.
Track and resolve infringements, listing errors or account health issues promptly.
Monitor key operational KPIs such as delivery timelines, ratings, and order defect rates.

Growth & Strategy

Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and brand collaborations suited for online retail.
Analyze platform trends, customer feedback, and competitor data to guide product development.
Optimize product visibility, pricing, and discount strategies to maximize conversions.
Work closely with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
Develop scalable strategies to grow daily orders and take the brand from 1-100 stage.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track platform dashboards and analytics to measure sales, revenue and operational health.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, stock status and growth metrics.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile
