Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to students, job seekers, and college placement officers through calls, emails, or social media.
• Pitch SkillYT’s services — job reviews, resume reviews, and job guidance sessions.
• Build and maintain a lead pipeline of interested candidates and colleges.
• Follow up and convert leads into active users or institutional partnerships.
• Collect feedback and share insights with the marketing and product team.
• Represent SkillYT professionally while maintaining a friendly, approachable tone.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken.
• Confidence in pitching and building relationships.
• Self-driven attitude — you love taking ownership and experimenting with outreach ideas.
• Interest in career guidance, education, or recruitment space.
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets/Excel for lead tracking.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Prior experience in sales, outreach, or campus ambassador programs.
• Existing college network or student community connections.
