You won’t chase numbers; instead, you’ll focus on quality conversations that convert into trust. Initiate warm, professional conversations with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Qualify leads based on defined criteria — need, intent, and readiness to engage with our service. Understand customer requirements and record essential details accurately in the CRM system. Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Maintain follow-up discipline and timely communication for client experience consistency. Represent the company’s tone — polite, informed, and purposeful — in every conversation. Gather feedback from customers to improve messaging and process alignment.
