Company Description Quantel is a new-age education consulting firm working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and impact in the Indian learning ecosystem. We work closely with UPSC aspirants, schools, colleges, and EdTech ventures to build scalable learning programs, improve delivery outcomes, and drive growth. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Executive. Student Counseling: Understand the aspirant’s background, goals, and preparation level. Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions for UPSC preparation. Clarify doubts regarding the syllabus, exam strategy, course structure, and study plan. Sales & Business Development. Pitch appropriate UPSC preparation programs/products (online or offline). Convert leads into paid enrollments through consultative sales. Maintain a conversion-oriented approach while being empathetic to student needs. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc. Update and manage the CRM system effectively with leads status and notes. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in counseling/sales/business development preferred. Strong interest or background in UPSC Civil Services Exam is highly desirable. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and basic data handling.
