VAEL (Virtual Aesthetic & Environment Lab) is a multidisciplinary creative studio based in India. We specialize in game development, 3D content creation, AR/VR, immersive virtual experiences, and real-time pipelines. We collaborate with global clients including game studios, architects, and indie developers.

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive who can drive visibility, client acquisition, and networking opportunities for VAEL.

Responsibilities

• SEO & Website Growth

• Improve VAEL’s website ranking using SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).

• Identify keywords, backlinks, and strategies to increase online visibility.

• Suggest portfolio/blog/case study improvements.

• Client Acquisition & Outreach

• Pitch & bid on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, FB/WhatsApp groups.

• Manage VAEL’s online presence across multiple channels.

• Generate leads via emails, cold outreach, and community engagement.

• Events & Networking

• Research events, conferences, and exhibitions where VAEL can showcase its work.

• Assist in planning participation (stalls, demos, showcases).

• Explore both online and offline networking opportunities.

• Portfolio & Community Growth

• Suggest and help implement improvements to VAEL’s portfolio on website, Behance, ArtStation, LinkedIn.

• Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to stand out.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).

• Experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) and client pitching.

• Familiarity with social/community platforms (Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn groups).

• Event research and networking mindset.

• Good communication & written English skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to suggest growth ideas.

• Background in creative industries (gaming, 3D, AR/VR, architecture).

• Experience in digital marketing or business development.

• Ability to create simple posts/content when required.
