Growth Analyst

You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the region by analyzing data to aid in strategic decision-making across various business verticals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams in operations, marketing, and growth initiatives. Additionally, you will assist in the development of dashboards, performance reports, and market insights. Moreover, identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing support in their implementation will be crucial to your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. While 0-1 year of experience in operations, marketing, and analytics is preferred, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will also be considered. Excellent communication and documentation abilities are essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. A B.Tech degree from NITs, BITS, or an equivalent Tier 1 institution will be an added advantage for this role.,
