ABOUT UNIOPS:

Required Skills:

• Service Now - Specially ITSM, HR, IRM & SPM module, with functional knowledge across risk & controls processes.

• MS Co-Pilot Studio & Azure AI Foundry, and Google Agent space & Agentic AI experience, with functional knowledge of Procurement, Supplier Ops, O2C, Logistics, Planning business processes.

• Knowledge of SAP in SD/FI modules, Experience in process with tech background

• Hands on AI-based technology (Gen AI, Agentic AI), SAP FI, SD

• Order to Cash - Product Development / Product Management

• Application Maintenance, Service Delivery, and IT Platform Management

• Order to Cash Process Knowledge, Knowledge in SAP ECC especially SD and FI, Pega and High Radius along with skills in Microsoft and Google Agentics
