Group Product Manager - Multitherapy

As a Marketing and Sales Strategist for our organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for our complex, controversial, or strategically significant products/services. Your main goal will be to achieve the established sales or market share targets. You will be required to conduct thorough market research, oversee product development and design, set prices, launch new products, manage advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance to ensure the successful marketing of the assigned products/services. By monitoring both domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity, you will identify market opportunities for the product/service and make informed decisions. Analyzing product performance and customer feedback will be crucial in generating new product ideas and identifying necessary changes to meet customer needs. You will work closely with other departments such as production and R&D to implement these changes effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts, and adapting plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service. Collaboration with advertising and promotions specialists will be essential in designing sales campaigns and collateral that resonate with the target audience. To qualify for this role, you should hold an Associates Degree (13 years) and have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales.
