Role Overview: As a Brand Manager, your role involves formulating brand plans based on principles of Marketing Excellence. You will be responsible for converting observations into insights and developing a communication and marketing plan to achieve desired results. It is crucial for you to drive the execution of the plan on time and in full. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for planning and executing brand strategies is another key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be in charge of planning and allocating advertising and promotional spending in alignment with identified activities, timelines, and market priorities. Your responsibilities also include creating customer profiles and targeted communication strategies based on behavioral segmentation through various marketing channels. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying market opportunities and suggesting new products that complement the existing portfolio, supported by strong medical and commercial justifications. Your role will also involve developing go-to-market strategies for the new products. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate brand plans based on Marketing Excellence principles - Convert observations into insights and develop communication and marketing plans - Drive the execution of plans on time and in full - Partner with cross-functional teams for brand plan planning and execution - Plan and allocate advertising and promotional spending in alignment with identified activities and market priorities - Create customer portraits and targeted communication strategies based on behavioral segmentation - Identify market opportunities and propose new products with sound medical and commercial rationale - Craft go-to-market strategies for new products Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in brand management or marketing role - Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies - Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities - Experience in new product development and go-to-market strategies would be a plus,
