Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns and events.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and event logistics.
Monitor campaign performance and provide operational insights for optimization.
Manage subscription lifecycle operations including renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
Ensure high-quality customer support and resolution of service issues.
Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information services.
Maintain operational documentation and SOPs for service delivery.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service excellence.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for operational performance tracking.
Lead operational reviews and contribute to strategic planning.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in B2B marketing, events, digital Ad operations or subscription-based services.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, ERP. Knowledgeable of digital & print advertising would be an added advantage
Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight delivery timeframes
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
