Key Accountabilities
? Assist the team in evaluating, conducting due diligence, structuring, andnegotiating potential transactions across the ARO's regional presenceincluding greenfield developments, concessions, strategic expansion plans,acquisitions, divestments, and restructurings.? Conduct and coordinate with internal resources to conduct in depthresearch, analysis, and due diligence on the relevant asset, geography,market, competitive environment, regulatory environment, engineering &technical matters, operational requirements, and funding alternatives.? Prepare and review detailed/comprehensive three-statement financialmodels to project business performance and conduct sensitivity analyses inorder to assess potential returns to DP World.? Prepare valuation analysis of potential opportunities by applying a varietyof techniques including discounted cash flow, dividend discount model,comparable companies, and comparable transactions.? Assist business units in reviewing and criticizing business plans assumptionsand stress-testing them for variances in key operational and commercialassumptions. ? Provide guidance to the region on their projects and their process throughthe DP World approval process, including preparing project briefs andpresentations to secure internal approvals.? Analyze key risks identified in due diligence and potential mitigantsincluding preparing risk matrixes which articulate key risks identified withineach project or transaction and mitigating actions (e.g., value adjustment,contractual protections).? Assist in the review and negotiation of term sheets and transactiondocumentation covering, among others, tenders, concessions, financing,share purchase agreements and shareholders agreements.? Assist Finance/Treasury teams in securing financing for projects includingpreparation of financial models with appropriate covenants to share withthird-party lenders.? Develop market analyses including regional and competitive trends todevelop and maintain a constant understanding of market outlook, newopportunities, and risk elements.? Assist in selection, appointment and management of external resourcesincluding for legal, tax, financial, commercial, and technical due diligence,as necessary.? Regular monitoring of completed investments including preparation ofPost Investment Reviews.? Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promotingand demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World'sprinciples, values, and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is appliedin all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code of Conductand Ethics policies.? Create and maintain analytical database to serve as reference for projectappraisal.? Perform other related duties as assigned.? ? Degree level education in Business Administration, Engineering or relatedfield.? Post-graduate/professional qualification in Finance preferred (e.g., MBA,CFA and/or related qualification).? Strong financial modelling skills. Comprehensive understanding of businessvaluation and debt structuring.? Minimum 7 years of a progressive finance career path.? Strong numerical analytical, research and risk assessment skills.? Strong relationship management and communication skills.? Proficient in using business applications.Qualifications
