Group Manager - Business Development

The job requires you to identify new potential economic zone projects in line with the company's strategy. You will be responsible for pre-evaluating projects from a commercial, technical, operational, and regulatory perspective and making recommendations on whether to proceed with them. You will supervise the evaluation of projects by external consultants, develop scope of works for feasibility studies, and ensure the right methodology is used. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of business plans and review/implement standard policies for project evaluation. On a case-by-case basis, you may attend marketing events in India to promote the company's economic zones. As an ambassador for the company, you will uphold DP World's principles, values, and culture, ensuring the highest level of safety in all activities. Key deliverables include ensuring the commercial and financial feasibility of new EZ projects, developing business plans and EXCOM papers, and compliance with standard policies. Commercialization of the EZ portfolio may involve attending specific marketing events and meeting potential customers in India. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or finance from a reputed university, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial advisory and consulting. Strong project management skills, market study report preparation, and understanding of economic and trade development are essential requirements.,
