We Are Hiring: Group Head - Design Role Summary Job title: Group head (Immediate Joiners Only) Years of Experience: 5-7 years Working Model: Hybrid Key Responsibilities (Folks, please read this carefully) We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and detail-obsessed Group Head - Design to lead and inspire a team of talented designers. As a senior member of the creative department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of brands, driving high-impact campaigns, and elevating design excellence across all touchpoints. Lead a team of visual designers, art directors, and motion artists to deliver high-quality work across digital, print, and social. Drive the visual direction of brand campaigns in collaboration with copy, strategy, and account teams. Ensure conceptual strength and consistent brand language across all deliverables. Translate client briefs and marketing strategies into strong visual narratives and innovative design solutions. Contribute to new business pitches with compelling design insights and creative presentations. Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to align design with brand goals and user behavior. Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers; provide constructive feedback and ensure design excellence. Manage timelines, workflows, and resource allocation across multiple projects. Maintain a high standard of execution while working within budget and time constraints. Present design thinking and creative concepts to clients with clarity and confidence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through trusted creative leadership and consistent delivery. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring quality and consistency in every execution. What Are We Looking For? 5-7 years of experience in a design or creative role within an agency. Proven experience leading design teams. Strong command over AI tools. Bonus: Ability to creatively manipulate AI outputs to craft unique, brand appropriate visuals and push the boundaries of design storytelling. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across branding, digital design, campaign execution, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, illustration, After Effects, and Premiere Pro Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
