The ideal candidate should be passionate about team and account growth, leading large-scale campaigns, and possessing strong expertise in strategy development, campaign execution, extensive research, and creating a brand identity. - Develop and implement high-level strategic account plans to drive team and account growth. - Utilize advanced knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, paid media, SEO, tech, and e-commerce for account strategies. - Lead the planning and execution of impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals. - Conduct extensive research to gather insights, inform strategies, and optimize campaigns. - Mentor a team of Account Managers/Solution Architects, fostering a collaborative team culture. - Provide strategic guidance on team growth, account management, and campaign execution. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact. - Understand the process of creating a brand identity and collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment with client objectives. - Actively participate in new business pitches and showcase expertise in digital marketing. - Identify opportunities for events and align plans with special occasions. - Create opportunities for different verticals and propose them to existing clients. - Lead projects with complex delivery, covering all digital verticals/solutions provided. - Minimum 6 years of Brand growth experience for clients. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. - Strong background in managing and coordinating teams to execute marketing initiatives. - Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
