Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer to join our on-site team. This is a full-time opportunity tailored for freshers or junior designers with up to 3 year of experience who are excited to work on real-world digital projects.

You’ll work on UI/UX design for both web and mobile products, provide graphics support for development teams, and design marketing creatives for social media and campaigns. If you're eager to learn, experiment with new tools, and build portfolio-worthy work, this is the right place for you.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design (Web and Mobile)-

Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for websites and mobile applications.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.

Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-code handoff

Design Support for Web Projects-

Provide high-quality visual assets including banners, icons, SVGs, and illustrations

Maintain consistency across all design elements used in development

Social Media & Marketing Graphics-

Design compelling graphics for social media posts, campaigns, digital ads, and emailers

Contribute fresh visual ideas to help enhance SynthWeb’s digital presence

Use of AI & Multimedia Tools-

Leverage AI-based design tools to speed up workflows or create concept variations

Perform basic video editing and motion design for reels, explainers, or simple animations when needed

Preferred Tools & Skills:

Figma

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Canva

Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects

Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, etc.)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy

Who Should Apply:

Freshers or designers with up to 1 year of professional experience.

Recent design graduates or students ready for a full-time role.

Must be available to work on-site at SynthWeb's Guwahati office

Bonus Points:

Experience with live product UI/UX or design systems.

A portfolio with both UI designs and social media creative work.

Interest in animation, video content, or visual storytelling
